麻沸散，2005年初成立于北京，现成员：杨漾，张众舒，马晓。风格融合即兴，实验，先锋，噪音，摇滚……等。他们的音乐可以使人中枢神经信号传导速度提高，抑制焦虑，促进肾上腺素的分泌，并在强力气场中引发思维重组。哈哈哈，也许你不这么认为，但他们是最摇滚的，这点已从他们的现场中得到证明。他们将思维定向于聚解，重组及瞬间释放中，并从中展现能量无比的气场，是中国为数不多的代表之一。

乐队04年底成型于北京：

04年12月，以“后庭女警”的身份冲PAR新豪运酒吧
05年1月/在加入现主唱后正式定名为“麻沸散”，参加在13CLUB 举办的“口袋音乐一周年”演出

成员介绍：
马晓：写字谋生的吉他手，属蛇的银川人，98至01年先后参与乐队“初领圣体”、“玖时祷”，04年与小光、张众舒组建“后庭女警”。
张众舒：山东济宁人，99至01年组建“灯心绒外套”乐队，02年开始电脑及声音创作，04年创办nojiji。
杨漾：姓李，山东济南人，先后混迹于青岛，唐山等地，后至北京至今。先后以个人和乐队名义演出无数，现“麻沸散”成员。

Mafeisan

Mafeisan, formed by Yang Yang, Ma Xiao, and Zhang Zhongshu, was founded in Beijing in early 2005.Their performances are 95% improvised and 5% constructional/composed with the styles mixing experimental, avant-garde, noise, hard rock, impressive and so on. Performances are always incredibly powerful and passionate mixing old fashion style with psycho appearance; they blend experimental noise and rock energy together between sudden climaxes. Their music accelerates one’s central nervous system, wipes out all anxieties, increase adrenalin levels and reforms the mind with their storm-like impression. They’ve proved it and will prove it in their live shows. Their music is the product of polymerization and the recombination of music. When it blasts out it will give you a massive hit full of energy. They are Chinese local underground rock with the essential rock spirit developing to new form.

Band formed at the end of 2004 in Beijing:

2004.12: Performed at the New Haoyun bar under the name “Back Court Policewomen”
2005.01: With a new vocalist, the band became “Mafeisan” and performed at 13CLUB as part of the “Pocket Music one year anniversary” show.
2005.04: Independently organized and participated in the “Frightened Dog Live” outdoor concert, jumpstarted the beginning of spontaneous and theatrical folk rock.
2005.04: Performed at Nameless Highland with Not For Sure.

Band members bio：
Ma Xiao: Living Off Writing’s guitarist, hailing from Yinzhou under the snake sign in Chinese zodiac, played in the bands First Encounter Holiness and Nine O’Clock Prayer. Reformed Backcourt Policewomen together with Xiao Guang and Zhang Zhongshu in 2004.
Zhang Zhongshu: hailing from Jining, Shandong. Formed the band “Dengxinrong Jacket” active from 1999-2001. Begin digital and sound mixing creation in 2002 and founded nojiji in 2004.
Yang Yang: hailing from Jinan, Shandong, mingled in Qingdao, Tangshan and other areas, settled in Beijing finally. Performed countless shows with bands or as self, currently member of Mafeisan.

PS: about the name
“MAFEISAN” is the earliest anesthetic in the world invented by the famous doctor Hua Tuo (Second century A.D. to early third century). After taking Mafeisan, the patient wouldn’t suffer any pain during surgery . The anesthetic, however, has been lost for many centuries.

ong（中文：唵 英文：OM 梵语咒音）
ong是聚集在通州云景里、孙庄一带乐手自发形成的即兴合作团体，成员来自各个不同风格的乐队，前身是客厅物品即兴6人组.11月19号排练来了15个人，2条狗和几个村子里的小孩，大家围坐在小雷音*排练室的地毯上从下午玩到天黑。有点挤，有点乱，但每个人都很认真，笑声、喊叫、咳嗽、音箱杂音和乐器在一起形成声音的洪流，我们在里头流转，喜悦浮现在有点害羞的脸上。
不用担心音乐性，我们不追求音乐上的完美，需要的是声音本身交织时所呈现的场和气息，是大家一起用小宇宙构建的新宇宙。尝试本身既是目的也是过程，每次排练都是新的旅行开始，所有关于音乐的界限（风格、技法等）在群体状态下都解除，或者说各种风格都是被允许的，任何形式都是可以被打破的，每个来参加排练的个人和其建议都受到尊重，每次排练会有不同侧重的尝试，也许是形式间的探索或者纯概念的演绎，这不限制声音的发展，只是提供一个实验和交流的可能性空间。

*小雷音：孙庄最早的排练室，nojiji聚点之一，位于孙庄排练大院中间。

水陆观音：

一个有关声音、音乐、艺术和环境的系列交流活动。

每周二晚上，免费入场，室内演出，室外赋闲。

2005年6月创办，一个向实验/即兴音乐家、艺术家开放的交流平台。包容来自不同背景的表演者，鼓励自由即兴和实验探索，力图促成更多的合作，激发表演者和观众的想象力，并混淆他们之间的区别。它延续观音唱片的宗旨–追求精神性的实验音乐和影像，追求表演和环境的沟通统一，探讨、促进新音乐的生态环境。

除了常规演出之外，还提供workshop、影像放映和艺术讲座。白糖罐唱片店（http://www.sugarjar.cn/main/index.html）现场办公。

Kwanyin is name of a popular buddha in China. kwan(guan1) means view, observe, watch, etc. yin(yin1) means music, sound, sonic existence, information, etc.

since June of 2005, Waterland Kwanyin is the first open plate for experimental, improvised musicians/artists who live or transiently in Beijing. as the idea from KwanYin Records, it offers opportunities for artists from different background who now (or in the future) be into free music, e.g. abstract and spiritual sound, field recording mix, noise, electroacoustic, as well visual art, body performance, etc.
