去看了迷笛音乐节的舞台，仍然是海淀公园。今年增加了吉他中国舞台，在去年mini midi的位置；向东向北一点是DJ舞台，好象B6也要来；再向东也就是最外面，是mini midi ii。比去年更小，更舒服。准备搭2米4的围板，但我怀疑是否挡得住旁边的舞曲。

形成于2005年初，现在的成员有：杨漾、马晓、众舒、小光。是一支以post rock\guitar noise\自由即兴为主的experimental noise and more乐队。曾策动并参与“被狗惊吓的现场”、“不翼而飞”行星巡演等独立音乐事件。即兴录音作品〈out of control>05年7月由NOJIJI records出品。

朱剑辉是一位作品在国际发表的中国艺术家和音乐人。他关心当代全球文化，黑客美学. 他的创作成型于艺术中。另外在音乐方面， Double Fish创办了唱片Reconfiguration Records 并随即发布第一张CD合辑“The Sound of Silence Project”, 其中参与的艺 人来自中国大陆，香港和波兰。

2006年1月由守望和沈静重新组建，音乐以noise/avant rock/minimalism为开始。
守望：Car sick cars乐队的吉他手，NO BEIJING运动发起人，2006年1月在纽约参加了先锋作曲家Glenn BRANCA的第13吉他交响录音。
沈静：98年开始从事音乐，2003年开始噪音及太空声音的探索。
2006年2月守望和沈静与纽约声音艺术家、即兴演奏家Elliott Sharp在北京和上海进行了即兴合作的演出。

Fannullone
又名Alecks，出生于1967年。曾在卡塞尔艺术学院学习艺术。领域：摄影、电影、表演、哲学、绘画。热爱改造乐器、发现声音、实地录音。嗜好噪音，至今未聋。视噪音为一种冥想形式。
为电影、展览、表演创作音乐，发表过一些CD，和其他音乐家合作，参与专门的噪音活动，虐待声音软件。

1997年学习吉他，1998年就读沈阳音乐学院附属艺术学校，一年后移居北京，先后组建及参与“吸管”，“地下婴儿”等乐团演出及创作。
2000年开始电子音乐创作，2001年参加了电子合辑“电核噪动（Far East Digital Hardcore Compilation Vol.1）”，单曲《Doctrine Dark vs Skullomania》被收录其中。
2002年，参与“摩登”另一电子音乐系列的创作计划，以SULUMI名义出版专辑“水的空气阻滞”。在这个以当时得令的Chill Out/俱乐部舞曲为概念的系列合辑中，制作出具强烈个人风格的电子舞曲作品，既很好地围绕唱片公司设定的主题发挥，同时亦不抹杀个人特色。凭借此专辑获国内最大，由各音乐媒体组成的专业排行榜之一，“华语音乐传媒大奖”提名最佳电子艺人。
2002年12月，创建电子厂牌“山水唱片”（shanshui record），随后出版厂牌首张合辑“V.A Landscape”，一手策划的此合辑集合了香港，内地，日本三地知名的电子音乐人或新生代电子乐手的作品。
2003年11月，中国有史以来最大的实验电子音乐节—“2003北京声纳电子音乐节”在北京举行，获邀参加演出。
2004年6月，应澳门“婆仔屋艺术空间 ”（Old Ladies House Art Space）邀请出席了“澳门数位牛房2004电子音乐节”的演出。同台演出乐手还包括有Four Tet，World’s End Girlfriend，Piana等等。

林其蔚
地下文化工作者；曾经学习法国文学、庙宇建筑、道教科仪、民间戏曲、电子音乐，长期进行地下文化交流组织工作，以及相关讯息之翻译与书写。
林其蔚曾为90年代台湾学运噪音团体「零与声音解放组织」（Z.S.L.O.1992-2000）成员，这个堪称空前绝后的噪音团体一贯以其低度控制，充斥暴力与性爱的反艺术表演挑衅观众，引发台湾艺界及大传媒体的激烈鞑伐。
1997年起林其蔚涉足计算机音乐、声音装置创作，2000年获选 进入法国「Le Fresnoy」工作室学习电子艺术，此后经常参与欧洲各大音乐与艺术节展演。近年来他的创作走回早期原始、简单、模拟、低科技、朴拙近于幼稚的风格，从唱片到绘画，由实验影片到行为艺术，自声音装置至计算机音乐会，往往都有出人意表之演出。但也由于此种脱离正常艺术范围之表现；言人所不言，言人所不齿，常为学院人士所憎恨。就此言之，林其蔚堪称台湾噪音第一人也。

DINO
DINO是台湾90年代噪音第二波代表人物，曾为知名团体「夹子」乐队成员。DINO的创作标识着九零年代后半期台北噪音运动在技术上走向纯模拟电子，在内涵上建立独立美学之里程碑。DINO长期燕居台中乡下及北台山中，鲜有作品面世，不为地下小众之外的艺术界所知。其声响创作对应其极简之生活方式；温柔暴烈，巨观微动，绚丽多彩却又十分简单。如此丰富的电子音响却是来自于极其简陋的模拟器材，利用线路杂音、静电或麦克风反馈建立循环回路，在无音源的状况下创造「买空卖空」的「再生音乐」（Recycle
Music）。听者往往在陷入一个庞大的声响系统后不自觉地进入了时间静止之聆听状态，是一大不同于台面上袭见电子乐的聆听经验。
近年来DINO参与实验电影、小剧场现场配乐制作，曾获台北电影节最佳音效奖。DINO对于英伦庞克文化及中国古典文化研究着力甚深，这些影响当可见于其作品之中。

马球多（Marqido）
始于2003年，东京。最初是一个笔记本音乐家，加上舞者Chikanari Shukuka。马球多是他2005年参加大山子艺术节时得到的中文名字。
2004年，马球多和70年代就开始活跃的日本传奇前卫迷幻乐队Magical Power Mako合作。稍后在马球多的厂牌Marqimedia和Magical Power Mako的厂牌Kerojetter联合发行了套装DVD/CD“Marqido + Magical Power Mako”。
2004年10月，马球多在汉城参加了Bulgasari的新音乐活动。
2004年11月，个人专辑Democritus在日本厂牌Dharmadoll发行。包括5首实验电子作品。迷幻插画家Uchiyama Yunico为专辑提供了作品，并设计了马球多的招牌红T-Shirt。

2002年，女艺术家itta为自己选择了这个名字。它是韩语“存在”的意思。
itta一年要演出200到300场。她经常受邀参加独立hip-hop和摇滚乐队的专辑录音，与表演艺术家、哑剧艺术家、舞蹈家、视觉艺术家以及世界范围的即兴音乐家合作（灰野敬二、大友良英、松原幸子、Yukie Sato、Alfred Harth、卡尔·斯通、Park je chon，等等）。2002年开始为独立电影工作。
itta创作歌曲，以人声、钢琴、键盘、玩具等等材料演出，也创作歌词，有时画画。
itta参加过江原道哑剧节、汉城边缘艺术节（Fringe festival）、韩国实验艺术节、APNG party、Save Tibet festival、从柏林到DMZ等等艺术节，组织过t1自由即兴音乐节、自然力量等等活动。
2005年itta进行了世界巡演，在日本、乌兹别克斯坦、哈萨克斯坦等国演出。

尤金·马替纳克
来自加拿大多伦多的尤金·马替纳克从60年代末就开始玩摇滚乐，那时他还是一个高中生。70年代他开始学习电子乐并毕业于皇家音乐学院。作为音乐制作人，他两度获得过著名的Juno奖（加拿大的格莱梅），制作过40张以上的专辑。近年来他活跃在加拿大的即兴音乐、电子原音领域，3次获得加拿大政府基金会奖金、4次获得多伦多政府基金会奖金。最近暂居北京。主要兴趣是利用软件进行的即兴演奏。

D!O!D!O!D!乐队为杭州独立厂牌2pi旗下的又一支新生的自由即兴/噪音乐队。由原第二层皮乐队的吉他手李剑鸿和鼓手黄锦2005年4月份组队以来，已经在北京、杭州、广州、南京等地作了一系列巡回演出。乐队于2005年7月底完成了他们的第一张作品《Ghost Temple》，随后发表在南京的现场作品《Live in Nanjing》。融入了大量的吉他回馈、失真演奏，以及凶猛、饱满、不知疲惫的鼓点。现场不定期加入实验高手，如著名摇滚乐队美好药店的萨克斯手李铁桥、杭州噪音新晋积木、日本笔记本音乐家马球多，使得乐队演出变得更加不可确定性。
李剑鸿（Li-jianhong) 吉他
现时中国最活跃的噪音艺术家之一，擅长以电视机、接触式麦克风与效果器，或者吉他调制出强暴的噪音。第二层皮乐队（Second Skin）、D!O!D!O!D!乐队组建者，“ 淘米社”艺术团体（Tomeclub）组建者之一，第二层皮独立厂牌（ 2pi Records）总裁。被国际著名噪音艺术家 Zbigniew Karkowski誉为 “中国最好的噪音艺术家”。策划和演出2003至2005年三届“第二层皮音乐节”。2004年十月在法国巴黎“白夜”艺术狂欢节作个人演出。2004年六月，应杭州中国美术学院新媒体系邀请，以“现场行动——浅析当代噪音艺术”为题作专题讲座。

wang fan is pioneer of china’s experimental/improvised music. sound designer, sonic explorer, powerful noise maker, multi-genre composer and a talented singer. he was born in 1970, Lanzhou and relocated to Beijing in 1996, the year he created China’s first formal experimental music piece which is a mysterious 40 minutes lofi work. he is a self taught, religion-tendentious (buddhism and other oriental religions) and non-spoted musician. now he’s working for drama and himself.

zhu jianhui is a Chinese artist and musician whose work circulates Internationally. His interest in contemporary global culture, hacker aesthetics, and art shapes his practice.
In addition to his music, Double Fish founded the independent record label, Reconfiguration Records (www.reconfiguration-records.com) and released the label’s first compilation,”The Sound of Silence Project, including artists from mainland China, Hong Kong and Poland.
In October 2005, electronic music label Bedzoo Records pressed Double Fish’s first EP1 “inter net” while the Polish label, Audiotong, launched his EP2, “hackers.” Other pieces are on the compilation “Shanshui Records Landscape 2″ which contains the “Single Hackers (generation 2).” Similarly, the magazine “I Love Rock ‘n Roll” enclosed his single, “z6,” on volume 32 (2005) and “Experimental No. 1″ on volume 15 (2004).Performances include “Improvisational Noiz Play” in Guangzhou, China (2005).
More recently he performed “Mini MIDI” at the Beijing MIDI Festival and other solo material at the 3rd 2pi music festival in Hangzhou, China. Professionally, he is working with the director Caofei to compose music and sound effects for the “Pearl River Delta Hero” for the 2nd China Guangzhou Triennial (Nov 2005).

one of the most acclaimed outfits in beijing new music/sound scene who start from noise/avant rock/minimalism shape. re-formed by beijing based musician Jeff Zhang and Shen Jing in january of 2006.
Jeff Zhang is the guitarist of Car Sick Cars and organiger of the conception No Beijing Movement. he participated in recording session of New York avant-garde composer Glenn Branca’s 13th guitar symphony in january of 2006.
Shen Jing start her music career in 1998. since 2003 she turned to exploring noise and space sound.
in february of 2006 Jeff Zhang and Shen Jing collaborated with New York sound artist/improviser Elliott SharP in Beijing and Shanghai.

In 2002 iLoop began to make electronic music. His music form between post rock and digital hardcore. (Now it tends to change breakcore.) In 2003 he set up a workshop for music “no me” with his some friends. It functions mainly as a technical assistance for composers. Last year he joined a compilation album from bedzoo record and started to appear at live performances. In November, he performed at shanshui’s event and entered an artist of shanshui records. Shortly after that, he planned “shanshui zip.” and released his first EP.

SUN dawei aka sulumi
SUN dawei is a one of the key musician of Chinese new electronic music generation. And he is the first generation that converts from rock music to electronic music. Involved with the initiating and producing of quite a few primary inland electronic music compilations, composes for movies and dramas. His music style includes IDM, LAPTOP, etc.
In 1997 he began to learn guitar. Next year he entered the school of music in Shenyang and majored classic guitar. One year after he moved to Beijing and joined some bands like “Xi Guan”, “Underground Baby”. He wrote some songs for bands and many time appeared at live shows.
Since the year 2000 he began to compose electronic music. Shortly after that, his maiden track named “Doctrine Dark vs Skullomania” was included in a electronic music compilation album “Far East Digital Hardcore Compilation Vol.1″.
In 2002, he joined in the Modern Sky records’s electronic music publishing project and released his first album “Air Inhibition of Water” as SULUMI. The music in this album came with extremely great personal inclination as well as to conform to the main ideal of the company’s program, Chill Out sytle series Club music. By this album, got nominated of the best electronic music artist by the major music annual award of the mainland China “China Musical Medium Award” founded by many mainstream entertainment medium companies.
In Dec. 2002, he founded a electronic music label called “Shanshui Record” , and published the label’s first compilation album “V.A Landscape” . This compilation album includes many tracks of famous electronic musicians from Hong Kong, China and Japan and new generation of electronic musicians. In Nov. 2003, he was invited to the biggest electronic music festival in China “SOUNDING BEIJING 2003 - International Electronic Music Festival”. In Jun. 2004, he performed live with Four Tet, World’s End Girlfriend, Piana, etc.”Digital Ox-Warehouse Festival 2004, Macau” at Old Ladies House Art Space studio. In September, he initiated and joined in electronic music compilation “Charming Playlist”. In November, he appeared on the US electronic music magazine “Groove”.

Member of the legendary group “Zero and Sound Liberation Organisation”（11992-2000）,working on the domain of sound art and ritual performance,considered to be the most provocative artist in Taiwanese art scene in past 15 years. Lin-Chi-Wei: had been student of cultural anthropology -specialist in temple architecture ,traditional music and taoism rituals.Since year 2000,he studied electronic art and computer music in France:the national studio of contemporary art “Le Fresnoy”.

DINO
The score of DINO’s incredible sound can only be found in the assembly of hardware materials - the systematic recycling of the sparks and hisses emanating from the inside of his broken circuit. Working without the typical sound source configuration of electronic music, Dino succeeds to build the territory of his music through a system of repetitive sound motifs. However delicately, the work of this interior circuit-building turns itself inside out to reveal the present status of outer Taipei , land removed from the political map of the rest of the world.
To distinguish a closed circuit from an open one is essentially a philosophical problem - in the extreme sense, A alternating current may never exist in closed form. As such, Dino is not removed from the karma of making monthly electricity payments, when the interior recycling is threatened by the expense of electricity, the music becomes accordingly HARDCORE.

Marqido
Marqido started in Tokyo in 2003 - a laptop artist that worked with dancer Chikanari Shukuka.In May 2004 Marqido collaborated with Magical Power Mako. the legendary Japanese avant psychedelic musician who has been active since the 1970’s. Later that year Marqido released a DVD/CD set,’Marqido + Magical Power Mako’ on their own label MARQIMEDIA and Mako’s label KEROJETTER,This limited edition set documented the live session with Mako.
In October 2004 Marqido went to Seoul to play at an advanced music event called Bulgasari. In November, Marqido released an album ‘Democritus’ and was the first release on Japanese label, DHARMADOLL. The album is five experimental electronic pieces. The psychedelic illustrater, Uchiyama Yunico that wrote the illustration of Democritus also designed the T-shirt for Marqido. It was released in a standard and box set edition.
In March 2005 Marqido held his first event ‘Aka to Kuro’.w / Haino Keiji, Afrirampo, Kiyasu. The music has the color that is red or black. In April Marqido started the tour ‘Marqido Tours 05′. Seoul, Beijing, New York, Toronto, Osaka, and Tokyo. In October Marqido formed a unit named ‘10′ with a korean female artist itta.

Dajuin Yao
Sound artist, producer, curator, art historian, radio DJ.
For three decades, sound artist Dajuin Yao has devoted himself to the theory & praxis of “listening.” Recently, Yao’s compositions distinguish themselves by their non-expressive nature, and focus on what he calls “passive improvisation” & “algorithmic improvisation.” Yao’s approach towards objet sonore comes in accordance with the aesthetics of Wang Changling, famous poet of the Tang Dynasty, whose view on man’s relationship with external objects advocates “hitting it with your heart.” Dajuin is also interested in the epiphanic moments during which the sound object & the listener, or the auteur & the listener, become a unified “one”, and, on certain occasions, exchange their roles.
Since 1997, Yao has called on various young artists in China and Taiwan to establish China Sound Unit, a free-form collective devoted to the study of different modes of listening. China Sound Unit also works on the listening/thinking/collecting/re-shuffling/analyzing/preserving /de-composing and re-contextualization of sound objects in various cities of China.
In recent years, Yao has also devoted himself to the acceleration of the intercommunication of avant-garde music scenes among different countries and cultures. He is the presenter and curator of Sounding Beijing 2003 - the first large-scale, international experimental music festival in China, and the host of the radio program ForeTaste Radio. He also runs the international sound art record label Post-Concrete. Currently Yao is teaching at the China Academy of Art in Hangzhou, and the Center for Art and Technology, Taipei University of the Arts.

in August of 2005, members of Car Sick Cars, Snapline and Nazhe joined with John Myers for the show named of WHITE NO.1. after few wonderful show such as Waterland Kwanyin and MINI MIDI, they got hails from the scene and then disbanded.
in the Spring of 2006, Jeff Zhang decided to re-form this 5 guitars group and name it as White no.2.

AMOEBA
AMOEBA is an experimental band which was formed in 2005. The three core members, Feng Hao(guitar, program), Wang Xuliang(sample, bass) and Li Qing(flute, drums) all have independent experiences of music composing and cooperation with other bands. All the three members share a common aim of music composing practice and achieve a wider and freer form of music art by more approaches and methods. For this purpose, they formed “AMOEBA” and started a different exploration to the ways of musical expression in the cooperation of extempore composition.

Eugene Martynec
Eugene Martynec has been involved in all facets of music making since high school in Toronto Canada in the late 1960’s. He has performed , composed or recorded with pop groups, pit orchestras, music for visual media and live theatre. He studied electronic music, composition and orchestration with Dr. Samuel Dolin at the Royal Conservatory of Music where he received 2 scholarships to study electronic music and composition (1970-1975). His interest in record production resulted in Juno Awards (Canadian Grammy) in 1981 and 1973 for his work with Bruce Cockburn, pop groups Rough Trade and Edward Bear. He has produced over 50 recordings from 1969 to the present. He has been awarded Canada Council (’70 ?2 ?4) and Toronto Arts Council (’94,’96,’97,’02) awards for music composition. He taught signal processing, principals of digital audio, Midi, studio production, synthesis, and studio orchestration at the Harris and Trebas institutes in Toronto.
His main interest now is performing and composing live interactive electro-acoustic music using alternate controllers and interactive music software.

Wu Quan
Wu Quan, born in Beijing in 1961.
graduated from the Central Academy of Arts and Design of China in 1986, BA. then he got a job as Lecturer in Beijing Arts and Crafts School for 4 years before he decided to start his art career.
Wu Quan started to creat his multi-media art works from 2001. Collaborate with musicians such as Bu Yi Ding (nu-jazz band), fm3 (experimental electronic duo), Yan Jun (sound artist and poet) and Wang Fan (noise maker and minimalist).
And start to creat and perform sound art from 2004.

Jackson Garland
Jackson Garland has been performing music in Beijing since 2003. For two years he was a member of rock band Handsome Black, and is a current member of space/post rock group RandomK(e). His solo music combines a variety of elements, including live looping of traditional and non-traditional instruments, throat singing, field recordings and prepared samples constructed and layered to create deep sound explorations. He will record an album for the Kwanyin label in 2006.
