1970年，出生于兰州。

2002年，为小说朗诵会《斯巴达》配乐；为实验电影《冬至》（An Anti Ant）（出品：Sub Jam·铁托）配乐。
2003年，噪音专辑《车前子的诗歌》；为实验话剧《审问记》配乐；为实验话剧《火脸》配乐；参加”声纳2003·北京国际电子音乐节”；发表专辑《无限反复》（《斯巴达》配乐re-mix）（出品：Adopin·阿都品/Sub Jam·铁托）。
2004年，2月，上海，”打开天空”；5月，瑞士伯尔尼、苏黎世演出；7月，话剧《火脸》韩国演出现场配乐；9月，上海，”On Sale”艺术展；10月，”哈尔滨新音乐艺术节”；11月，杭州，第二层皮音乐节……

艺人·武权
武权，1986年毕业于中央工艺美术学院装饰绘画专业。毕业后一年在北京市工艺美术学校做过一段教师，1992年辞职。1995年在中国美术馆办了一次个展。2001年开始以环境+影像的形式与fm3电子乐队实验合作，做演出活动，同时开始独立制作一些短片、纪录片及录像作品，2003年，短片《我》参加中、日、韩媒体艺术联展”OUT THE WINDOW”。2004年底开始做即兴影像与声音的演出，一些艺术活动如下：

Helsinki, Finland and I am from California, USA originally. I’m in a band
here in Beijing called Handsome Black and I’ve also formed with some other
people a music band “collective” called Randomk(e), which incorporates
experimental rock with samples and loops to create a blend of cinematic
“avant rock” and soundscapes. As for individual music, I like to approach
each event of music and sound creation as a unique experience that changes
every time, which may incorporate field recordings made both around the city
and onsite at gigs mixed with other organic and electronic elements. A fair
bit of sampling and live looping is used to build up drones and ambient

tie guanyin is name of a kind of tea leaf, meaning is iron kwanyin buddha; it’s also joint quibble for “tie tuo” (sub jam’s other name) and “kwanyin”, the two labels which established for chinese indie and experimental music/art; tie (iron) for rock ‘n’ roll and noise and all sonic phenomena（双面筝）, guanyin for be quiet to observe sound and silence.

艺人·孙玮（THX）
采样/噪音拼贴，及Blues口琴和吉他即兴乐手
1976年2月出生于四川，幼年时期随父母移居新疆之后定居四川。
1998，毕业于四川美术学院工艺设计系
1998年组建即兴Blues乐队”绿洋葱”。
1999年受到SonicYouth音乐的影响，组建临时乐队”幼儿园”。
2000年迁居北京，受Merzbow 、David Shea及欧美独立实验噪音影响，开始运用一台MD加电脑进行简单的采样拼贴创作。
2004年开始以”THX”名义演出。现场主要运用一些低科技产品如MD、CD、WALKMAN及周边设备混合采样演出。创作风格糅合了后摇、噪音、民族、实验拼贴等多种手法。
2004年创办”GAIN 计划”。”GAIN计划”是THX创作组进行的声音采集行动，针对四川省西北地区的少数民族民歌，以这些即将消失的民间根源音乐为对象，进行声音再创作。

HZ
Mr. Wang Bingze, known as HZ, was born in March 1978, in Luo Yang city of He Nan Province. He began to study dancing in 1983 and later in 1991, entered the Army Troupe as a leading dancer.
In 1992 HZ found himself interested in Rock music and started to play guitar, two years later he founded his own band Black Friday as the guitar player, which, at that time, was one of the few rock bands throughout China. In the year 1996, HZ came to Beijing for the further study of Chinese Zither in Music Academy of China, meanwhile he joined band NO as the guitar player, which was regarded as one of the most influential underground alternative domestic bands. One year later he founded a new band “Sick Doctor” and acted as its vocal and guitar player. The band performed frequently in various live houses and venues and obtained recognitions and good reviews within the field. At the same time HZ was invited by an avant-garde band The Fly to be their guitar player. In 2000, Sick Doctor’s debut album “yeshangnongzhuang” was issued by Jingwen Record, since then HZ was engaged in electronic music.
As his first step, in May 2001, HZ joined FM3, a popular electronic group in Beijing, and reformed it into one of the first electronic bands in China. He has also signed with New Silk Road Model Company as a live show DJ, during that time he has been responsible for composing and playing of the fashion show music for many renowned brands as LV and Armani. In March 2002, HZ was invited to attend Maerz Musik Music Festival held in Germany. One month later, his cooperation with Zhao Liang AV Multimedia Experiment Team resulted in the first AV Multimedia movement in China. In July, HZ signed with Badhead Music, sub-lable of Modernsky Co., Ltd and the biggest alternative music label in China. His debut solo album Mr. Stiff was issued within the same month. Nearly half year later, this album was nominated by MTV Music Awards as The Best Rock Album of The Year. (MTV Music Awards has not established a special award for electronic music, so all music different with popular songs are classified into Rock Music)
Then HZ produced his own music and video work Hz2003. In July of the same year, he was assigned as music supervisor by Bentley Culture Company. And in October, he was invited by Fashion China to be responsible for music composing of the exhibitions and shows held in Louvre Museum, as part of the activity that 6 Chinese designers visiting France, later he was also invited to attend the Fashion Week held in Paris.
In May 2004, HZ cooperated with Tom.com to release an online performance, which was carried out in his own studio with audio and video elements combined together. In September, his second solo album Stammer was published by Badhead Music. Within the same month, HZ directed an experimental multimedia melodrama titled Stammer. The scene was performed in Loft Club in Beijing, which comprised drama, music, dance, fashion and video, and was reviewed as “the prelude of experimental multimedia melodrama in China”. In March 2005, his album Stammer was nominated by Pepsi Music Awards as The Best Rock Music of The Year. (Again this awards has not established a special award for electronic music) In June 2005, HZ will visit Brazil to perform live music for Chinese Ancient Clothing Exhibition And Fashion Show.

2002年开始用电脑进行创作。一直徘徊在工业摇滚和数码硬核之间。2003年和朋友组建”no me”音乐工作室。2004年参加”bedzoo”的合集。并开始演出。风格渐渐偏向breakcore。参加2004.11.1的山水公演。正式加入山水。参加”shanshui-zip”计划。2005年9月网络发行EP, 个人专集也在计划之中。

艺人·朱剑辉（aka Double Fish）
曾就读于广州美术学院附中和广州美术学院。曾与”全金属外壳”"种子”等乐团演出以及合作。
2000年接触并且开始创作数码音乐。2002年2月，单曲”实验一号”被第十五期《我爱摇滚乐》杂志收录。此阶段的作品主要是以experimental digi wave,industral noise为主。2004年初出版的以D.F.为代号的EP《D.F.》正是这个时期的一个总结.
2004年5月，为close magazine时尚网络杂志做主页背景音乐。
2004年6月，创办电音厂牌”意态重组唱片”（reconfiguration-records）。随后策划并参加厂牌首张合辑《THE SOUND OF SILENCE PROJECT》–其中参与的艺术家来自中国内陆，香港，波兰等地。
2004年7月，单曲z6被第三十二期《我爱摇滚乐》杂志收录。

2005年4-7月，这是一个转型期，音乐风格转向breakcore,digital noisecore,electronica为主。在北京参加bedzoo records两只老虎电子音乐演出.在13 club参加”再见列宁”演出活动.在愚公移山酒吧参加sonic beijing serice#1电子音乐演出。
2005年7月，加入山水唱片。单曲Hackers(generation 2)被收录于”山水唱片 合缉 landscape 2″之中.
2005年8月，以Double Fish为创作代号的EP1《inter叻》由bedzoo records出版发行。EP2《hackers》在波兰的唱片厂牌Audiotong发表。 同时受邀参加广东美术馆主办的第二届广州当代艺术三年展，为”珠三角实验小剧场”创作配乐以及音效。

艺人·WHITE
WHITE是一支由北京新一代乐手组成的实验即兴组织，也是一支向Glenn Branca致敬的乐队。8月21日在什么酒吧来自car sick cars、snapline、呢扎乐队的5位乐手与Glenn Branca的吉他手John Myers一起参加了WHITE NO.1的演出。
“The most exciting experimental noise band in China”

I spent three months in China checking out the music scene, and I was impressed by the local performances, particularly in Beijing, which has a small, but very sophisticated music scene. The most exciting group I heard there was White, an ensemble of very young experimental musicians led by Jeff Zhang, who also fronts Car-sick Cars, one of the best bands I have heard in recent years and my favorite Chinese band.
White consists of anywhere from two to seven musicians who perform music designed or composed by Zhang, whose creativity and understanding of contemporary music is almost certain to make him one of the most influential musicians in China.
Although there is a formal structure to each piece, his music is designed to permit musicians to improvise according to set rules, much like John Zorn’s most famous “rules of the game” pieces in the 1980s and 1990s. White has also learned a lot from Glenn Branca, whose tonal experimentation and electric guitar-based symphonies heavily influenced the work of Thurston Moore and Lee Renaldo, founding members of Sonic Youth, a band whose influence on Car-sick Cars and other Beijing musicians is considerable.
But for all their familiarity with the avant-garde tradition, don’t think that White performs dry, cerebral music. These young musicians clearly love the passion and inventiveness of rock and roll, and their music is filled with the raw power and emotional intensity of the best garage rock and punk. For all their experimentation and musical knowledge, their musical tastes, in the ecstatic words of Lou Reed, who directly and through the Velvet Underground has had a huge influence on the Beijing music scene, “were saved by rock and roll”.
（John Meyers first came on the music scene in the 1980s as guitarist for the short-lived but legendary New York underground band Rat At Rat R. Since then he has written and performed extensively in the US and Europe in solo projects, with his experimental ensemble Blastula, and in collaborations with composers, including Elliot Sharpe and Glenn Branca, who has selected Meyers to lead and perform on every one of his symphonic recordings. Meyers lives in New York and recently spent several months in China to pursue his studies of early Qing musical traditions. ）

李铁桥，男，汉族，73年湖南出生，处女座，血型A。
十岁学习演奏竹笛，十七岁学习演奏长号，95年来到北京，改吹中音萨克斯。
97年5月和麦子、小宁组建”微”乐队，98年3月退出。
98年-2000年，迷失在北京。
2001年4月加入”美好药店”乐队。同年5月参加第二届迷笛音乐节。

German’s digital hardcore inspired Shao Yanpeng, with the spirit of independent punk in his early works.
Publish different kinds of music under the name Dead J, Dead K, Disk J. He joined Panda Twin at the early year of 2004.
At the beginning of 2005, he finished his first solo album.
As one of the important representatives of China’s new generation electronic scene, Dead J（Shao Yanpeng) was known firstly from “Crush Mongolia” in the China-Japan collective electric music album “Yellow Peril”which was edited by Feng Jiangzhou. From then on, he began the cooperation with Shanshui label leaded by Sun Dawei. In the following compilation published by Shanshui, his single”Girl power” and the former piece are the rear breakcore work which mix hard noise style in China.
In the year 2003, Dead J began to try different kinds of experimental music. At the same time he did remix work for different artists including Aitai(Shanghai’s industrial band),78bpm(Downtempo from Taiwan ),and Japanese electrical musician Cdr.
In Oct 2003, Dead J cooperated with Mexico’s experimental music label “Poro”. He published his work”Click lick clicks” in the album “Flesh and Pink Milk”. Dead j communicated with artists from Mexico, Poland and other places all the time. He exchanged and made remix work with mexico noise band “Tuareg Geeks” from German’s label “DHR”.
At the beginning of 2004, Dead J and Sulumi(Sun Dawei) rebuilt duo band “Panda Twin”. They frequently gave live show in Beijing. A little bit later, they accepted the interview from American music magazine “GROOVE”.
Since May 2004, Dead J joined the drama “Maze” directed by Meng Jinghui and took the charge of motion effects design work. “Maze” was the first stage drama, which use a lot of motion effect. Dead J joined the performances for nearly 100 times.
In Aug 2004, Dead J published single “Children Magic” in album “Charming Playlist” by Modern Sky Company.
At the end of year 2004, four pieces of his music was in the album “Green Pepper & Cacti” by Shanshui.
In April 2005, signed with Modern Sky for his solo album “Mental imagery”.

1997年学习吉他，98年就读沈阳音乐学院附属艺术学校，一年后移居北京，先后组建及参与”吸管”，”地下婴儿”等乐团演出及创作。2000年开始电子音乐创作，2001年参加了电子合辑”电核噪动”（Far East Digital Hardcore Compilation Vol.1），单曲《Doctrine Dark vs Skullomania》被收录其中。
2002年，参与”摩登”另一电子音乐系列的创作计划，以SULUMI名义出版专辑”水的空气阻滞”。在这个以当时得令的Chill Out/俱乐部舞曲为概念的系列合辑中，制作出具强烈个人风格的电子舞曲作品，既很好地围绕唱片公司设定的主题发挥，同时亦不抹杀个人特色。凭借此专辑获国内最大，由各音乐媒体组成的专业排行榜之一，”华语音乐传媒大奖”提名最佳电子艺人。
2002年12月，创建电子厂牌”山水唱片”（shanshui record），随后出版厂牌首张合辑”V.A Landscape”，一手策划的此合辑集合了香港，内地，日本三地知名的电子音乐人或新生代电子乐手的作品。
2003年11月，中国有史以来最大的实验电子音乐节-”2003北京声纳电子音乐节”在北京举行，获邀参加演出。
2004年6月，应澳门”婆仔屋艺术空间 “（Old Ladies House Art Space）邀请出席了”澳门数位牛房2004电子音乐节”的演出。同台演出乐手还包括有Four Tet，World’s End Girlfriend，Piana等等。

SUN dawei aka sulumi
One of the key musician of Chinese new electronic music generation, and also he been the first wave giving up classical Rock then to be a musician of electronic music; Involved with the initiating and producing of quite a few primary inland electronic music compilations, composes for movies and dramas. His music style includes IDM, LAPTOP, etc.
In 1997 he began to play guitar. Next year he entered the Art School of Shenyang Conservatory of Music Univ.. One year after he moved to Beijing . Formed and played in bands like “XiGuan(in Chin. It’s like pipe or siphon.)”, “Underground Baby”, wrote songs and had live shows.
Since the year 2000 he began to compose electronic music, next year a track that named 《Doctrine Dark vs Skullomania》 was included in the electronic compilation album “Far East Digital Hardcore Compilation Vol.1″
In 2002, he joined in the Modern Sky records’s electronic music publishing project and released his first album “Air Inhibition of Water” by a.k.a SULUMI. The music in this album came with extremely great personal inclination as well as to conform to the main ideal of the company’s program, Chill Out sytle series Club music. By this album, got nominated of the best electronic music artist by the major music annual award of the mainland China “China Musical Medium Award” founded by many mainstream entertainment medium companies.
In Dec. 2002, he founded a electronic music label called “Shanshui Record” , and published the label’s first compilation album “V.A Landscape” . This compilation album includes many tracks of famous electronic musicians from Hong Kong, China and Japan and new generation of electronic musicians. In Nov. 2003, he was invited to the biggest electronic music festival in China “SOUNDING BEIJING 2003 - International Electronic Music Festival”. In Jun. 2004, he performed live with Four Tet, World’s End Girlfriend, Piana, etc.”Digital Ox-Warehouse Festival 2004, Macau” at Old Ladies House Art Space studio. In September, he initiated and joined in electronic music compilation “Charming Playlist”. In November, he appeared on the US electronic music magazine “Groove”.

FM3由北京音乐圈的活跃分子Christiaan Virant（老赵）和张荐组建于1999年，它被认为是中国抽象电子实验音乐的开拓者。FM3以致力于在作品中prime space for “live” aspects而著称，他们通过在micro-sounds和合成杂音之间微妙地添加某些中国民乐元素，使之成为丰富的小宇宙，呈现神秘的、冥想的、极简主义的声音风景。
FM3被美国杂志Grooves评论为”中国最杰出的实验组合”。XLR8R杂志把FM3的声音描述为”诗意的噪音”。英国的Wire杂志形容FM3的现场为”静默冥想的”和”抚慰人心的”。
2004年，FM3受巴黎卢浮宫博物馆委托，为1930年代的经典电影”La Croisière jaune”制作新的配乐。这个计划以6月在卢浮宫礼堂的三场成功演出而告终。

Founded in 1999 by Christiaan Virant and Zhang Jian, two active members of the Beijing music scene, FM3 are considered pioneers of abstract electronic experimentation in China. Known for dedicating prime space for “live” aspects within their work, FM3 produces mysterious, meditative, and minimalist soundscapes, while subtly adding certain elements of ancient Chinese folk tradition into a universe abundant in micro-sounds and synthetic glitches.
FM3 has been called “the most prominent experimental act in China” by the US magazine Grooves. XLR8R described FM3’s sound as “poetic noise” and the UK magazine The Wire calls FM3 live sets “meditative” and “soothing.”
In 2004, FM3 was commissioned by the Louvre museum in Paris to provide a new soundtrack for the classic 1930s film “La Croisière jaune.” The project concluded with three sold-out performances at the Louvre Auditorium in early June.
FM3 records for Berlin’s legendary Staalplaat record label, and has also released music on Bip-Hop records in France, Mutek_Rec in Canada, Mousike records in Italy, Nascente records in the UK, Leerraum records in Switzerland and Sublime Frequencies in the United States.

来自柏林，纵横各大艺术节的传奇声音装置·声音艺术团体。同时，Staalplaat也是世界顶尖的实验音乐、声音艺术、冷门创意厂牌。他们使用一切可以发声的设备，包括自制的、家用的、医用的、军用的、废弃的、玩具的设备，材料匪夷所思，声响来自平凡而又超越真实，每一次演出都意味着对声音的重新认识。
Staalplaat Soundsystem（斯达普拉声响系统）是荷兰艺术家Geert-Jan Hobijn的创造物，一个纵横于全球地下音乐20年的老战士。
20多年来，Hobijn在阿姆斯特丹和柏林经营着传奇的Staalplaat唱片店，这是一家对极端的、地下的或者概念性创造性的音乐有着兼收并蓄选择的名店。
Hobijn同时也经营着Staalplaat唱片厂牌，它为最主要的前卫艺术家们发行了上百张专辑，包括Jim O’rourke, Muslim Gauze, Charlemagne Palestine, Royji Ikeda，等等等等。
Staalplaat Soundsystem致力于用家用设备创造”机器乐团”，不仅仅是创造”雕塑”，同时也是可以实时表演的声音艺术作品。
他们的表演通常会音乐性地使用洗衣机、电风扇、真空吸尘器、电冰箱和电动工具。
在北京（尤其是8日在798南门剧场的正式演出），他们将表演最新的声音装置作品”yokomono”，这是一组玩具汽车形状的黑胶唱片播放器、一个调频收音机和两个调音台。小车的名字叫做”黑胶杀手”，是为无线调频信号发射器定制的。当它们绕着唱片转动的时候，会把音频信号传送到特定的Yokomono调频频率上去。这些信号会被Staalplaat Soundsystem的成员实时混音、编辑、操作。
Yokomono曾经在阿姆斯特丹、巴塞罗那、布达佩斯、蒙特利尔、莫斯科和圣彼得堡表演过，每一次都根据现场空间，以不同的形式呈现。

Staalplaat Soundsystem is the brainchild of Dutch native Geert-Jan Hobijn, a 20 year veteran of the global music underground.
For more than two decades, Hobijn has been running the legendary Staalplaat record stores in Amsterdam and Berlin, which are famous for their eclectic selection of extreme, underground or conceptually creative music.
Hobijn has also been driving force behind the Staalplaat label, which has released hundreds of albums by leading avant-garde artists, such as Jim O’rourke, Muslim Gauze, Charlemagne Palestine, Royji Ikeda and many, many others.
Staalplaat Soundsystem focuses on creating “mechanical orchestras” with household objects that not only are creative “sculptures” but also “sound art” pieces which can be performed in real-time.
Their performances often include musical washing machines, electric fans, vacuum cleaners, refrigerators and power tools.
In Beijing, the group will perform their latest sound installation “yokomono” which is a series of small car-shaped records players, a set of FM radios and two mixing desks. The cars, known as “vinyl killers,” have been customised with wireless FM transmitters. As they spin around the vinyl, they transmit their signal to the FM radios tuned to a special Yokomono frequency. This transmission is then mixed, edited and manipulated in real-time by members of the Staalplaat Soundsystem.
Yokomono has been performed in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Budapest, Montreal, Moscow and St. Petersburg. Each time it is presented in a different form to make best use of the location and performance space.
