现在开始陆续制订水陆观音的规则。
1，欢迎加入（包括临时加入）水陆观音，它是开放的。不要问我们需要你做什么，也不要只是出主意，有什么想法就拿出来讨论、实施。前提是来玩，知道这是怎么回事。设计、制作、生意、游戏、party、劳动。
2，对一切形式的音乐和声音和影像甚至非声音非影像开放，但请注意：如果演出有时间限制，请勿超时；如果舞台上正在即兴，请确认你知道他们在干什么、你打算干什么然后再上去；重申，谢绝funk套路、摇滚套路、reggae套路、bosa套路、布鲁斯套路、hip-hop套路、standard爵士、民乐古曲和一切现成的模式，谢绝不顾别人的嚎叫和呓语、不听整体的演奏。

Huoratron
Huoratron 是一个人的音乐组合，Aku Raski是一位居住在赫尔辛基的作曲家、制作人、艺术家，他活跃在赫尔辛基音乐舞台上。
Huoratron别具一格的乐器由2 个任天堂 Gameboy 和采样器组成。这些采样器经过修改，从而演奏出更加扭曲、粗糙的声音和低音，这并不是任天堂Gameboy以及采样器一贯的特征。利用这些上世纪80年代的技术，并将其改变成完整的电子音乐作曲工具，是Huoratron独特原声背后的主要音乐元素。
Huoratron is a musical project of one man, Aku Raski, a Helsinki-based composer, producer and artist, active in the Helsinki music scene. A recent compilation by Dutch record label Bunker records “Sound of Suomi - the electro sound of Finland” included songs from Huoratron, Alpha Males and Nu Science, all different projects of mr. Raski.
Huoratron’s key instruments are two hand-held Nintendo Gameboy consoles. The consoles are modified so that they create more distorted, rough sounds and heavy bass - not the usual feature of Nintendo Gameboys. Using these nearly obsolete pieces of 80’s gaming technology, and turning them into full-fledged electronic music composing tools, is the main ingredient behind Huoratron’s unique raw sound.
Huoratron encapsulates what is valued in electronic music and electronic live shows; a highly intensive performance consisting of massive explosion of visuals and experimental arcade game soundscapes.
Huoratron has enjoyed keen interest from the media and has been widely noticed in numerous publications, both in Finland and abroad. Recently Raski has been busy touring around the world with his live show; multiple tours in USA, Russia, Sweden, Norway and Estonia have built Huoratron’s reputation as one of the most intense live shows in Europe.

FM3
FM3由北京音乐圈的活跃分子Christiaan Virant（老赵）和张荐组建于1999年，它被认为是中国抽象电子实验音乐的开拓者。FM3以在作品中建构生动变异的空间而著称，他们通过在micro-sounds和合成杂音之间微妙地添加某些中国民乐元素，使之成为丰富的小宇宙，呈现神秘的、冥想的、极简主义的声音风景。
FM3被美国杂志Grooves评论为“中国最杰出的实验组合”。XLR8R杂志把FM3的声音描述为“诗意的噪音”。英国的Wire杂志形容FM3的现场为“静默冥想的”和“抚慰人心的”。
2004年，FM3受巴黎卢浮宫博物馆委托，为1930年代的经典电影”La Croisière jaune”制作新的配乐。这个计划以6月在卢浮宫礼堂的三场成功演出而告终。
FM3为柏林传奇厂牌Staalplaat录制了专辑，并在法国的Bip-Hop、加拿大的Mutek_Rec、意大利的Mousike、英国的Nascente、瑞士的Leerraum和美国的Sublime Frequencies等厂牌发表过作品。
Founded in 1999 by Christiaan Virant and Zhang Jian, two active members of the Beijing music scene, FM3 are considered pioneers of abstract electronic experimentation in China. Known for dedicating prime space for “live” aspects within their work, FM3 produces mysterious, meditative, and minimalist soundscapes, while subtly adding certain elements of ancient Chinese folk tradition into a universe abundant in micro-sounds and synthetic glitches.
FM3 has been called “the most prominent experimental act in China” by the US magazine Grooves. XLR8R described FM3’s sound as “poetic noise” and the UK magazine The Wire calls FM3 live sets “meditative” and “soothing.”
In 2004, FM3 was commissioned by the Louvre museum in Paris to provide a new soundtrack for the classic 1930s film “La Croisière jaune.” The project concluded with three sold-out performances at the Louvre Auditorium in early June.
FM3 records for Berlin’s legendary Staalplaat record label, and has also released music on Bip-Hop records in France, Mutek_Rec in Canada, Mousike records in Italy, Nascente records in the UK, Leerraum records in Switzerland and Sublime Frequencies in the United States.

“四季”系列·简要
2005年8月由杭州多媒体艺术创作组织ARTSCOPE(艺术展望)发表了一套双CDR作品《四季》，同时在9月中旬展开杭州、上海、北京（9月23日专场，798工厂南区立方艺术中心，64379853）等城市的系列现场表演。
参演艺术家：王长存、金闪、SIC、钟敏杰（钟敏杰将不参加北京演出）
表演形式：笔记本电脑，midi控制器，便携式调音台等
表演内容：城市音景Urban Soundscape、具象音乐Musique Concrete和笔记本音乐Laptop Music、现场影像。
关于《四季》唱片
2003年12月开始策划，内容有关城市音景（URBAN SOUNDSCAPE），经历了四人各地录音采样、电脑编辑，于2005年8月成品，由artscope出品发行。artscope 001(2xCDR)

2003年9月进行声音计划“约会”第二年的创作。参与者：哈尔滨声音小组全体成员，台北声音小组全体成员。
2003年11月参加北京声纳—-国际电子音乐节的演出。
2003年12月参加由palsecam（波兰）组织编辑的声音艺术合辑唱片：noise meet you(Asia)。合辑中收录了来自亚洲的许多声音艺术家的新作品。
2004年1月参加由坐落于法国南特的autresdirections组织发起的声音计划：sounds from your cities。这个声音计划的主旨是对作者生活城市周围声音的重组与理性聆听。来自世界各地不同城市的声音经由不同生活环境下的不同艺术家进行音乐性整理与概念重放。

1976 年出生，浙江桐庐人。声音艺术创作者。
2003 年六月以 p.s.o 化名发表 CDR 专辑《桐庐》。

2003 年及 2004 年参加两届“第二层皮音乐节”的演出和策划。
2004 年十一月参加杭州白塔岭“圈地”影像展。
2005年5月，2pi records上海”出神”12小时声音表演。

Wu Quan, born in Beijing in 1961.
graduated from the Central Academy of Arts and Design of China in 1986, got a Bachelor degree. then he got a job as Lecturer in Beijing Arts and Crafts School for 4 years before he decided to start his art career.
Wu Quan started to creat his multi-media art works from 2001. Collaborate with musicians such as Bu Yi Ding (nu-jazz band), fm3 (experimental electronic duo), Yan Jun (sound artist and poet) and Wang Fan (noise maker and minimalist).
And start to creat and perform sound art from 2004.
Now he has released two audio-visual work as DVD-R on KwanYin label in 2005.

铁观音：名词，1，乌龙茶的一种，产于福建安溪，“青蒂、绿腹、红镶边，冲泡七道有余香”，为中国十大名茶之一。2，铁托+观音，独立音乐厂牌Sub Jam（铁托工作室）和实验音乐厂牌观音的结合体。3，静心以观声、观音，以承受各种声音和寂静，铁则来自摇滚乐背景，包容噪音乐音纯音。

tie guanyin (project) is a duo, trio, quartet, quintet, sextet, septet or ensemble as improvisation which dedicate to free and spiritual improv music.
tie guanyin is name of a kind of tea leaf, meaning is iron kwanyin buddha; it’s also joint quibble for “tie tuo” (sub jam’s other name) and “kwanyin”, the two labels which established for chinese indie and experimental music/art; tie (iron) for rock ‘n’ roll and noise and all sonic phenomena（双面筝）, guanyin for be quiet to observe sound and silence.
